  1. 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck

  2. 1 medium onion , chopped

  3. 1 large can diced tomato es

  4. 1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup

  5. 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni

  1. Cook macaroni according to package. Drain and rinse. Set aside. Brown ground chuck in dutch oven. Drain, and reserve in separate dish. Sauté onions in dutch oven with olive oil until transparent. Reduce heat to low. Add tomatoes and soup. Stir until heated through. Return browned ground chuck to pan and add cooked macaroni. Stir occasionally until heated thouroughly. Serve hot.
