  1. 10 ounces ortega peppers can, chopped

  3. 1 cup onion chopped

  4. 4 ounces tomato sauce can

  5. 2 pounds beef chuck roast

  1. Night before begin cooking 2 lbs. chuck roast in crock pot (cook all night). In morning, remove the bones. Add to crockpot the above ingredients. Cook on low heat the rest of day. Add mixture to flour tortillas. Also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat. Wrap in foil and bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
