  1. 1 6-ounce package orange gelatin

  2. 1/2 to 1 cup sugar

  3. 2 cups water; boiling

  4. 1 can apricot nectar

  5. 1 can pineapple juice

  6. 3/4 cup lemon juice

  7. 4 liters ginger ale; chilled

  1. Boil two cups of water and place in bowl.

  2. Add the sugar and gelatin and mix.

  3. Add in the lemon juice, apricot nectar and pineapple juice.

  4. Place mixture in the freezer using two quart containers.

  5. Take out of freezer two to three hours before serving.

  6. In a punch bowl add a two quart container of the mixture and smash with potato masher.
