  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Red wine vinegar

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Gorgonzola

  9. 1 Pear - sliced Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the lettuce and walnuts. In a small bowl, whisk oil into vinegar. Stir in the cheese and pear slices. Toss salad and season with salt and pepper, to your taste. This recipe yields 4 servings.
