  7. 3 Canned whole pimientos - drained, julienned

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the egg substitute and milk. Add the bread, sausage, half of the cheese and the pepper; stir until all of the bread is moistened. Pour the mixture into the pan; sprinkle evenly with the remaining cheese. Bake until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Serve, garnished with the pimientos. This recipe yields 4 servings.
