  1. 1 large cheese takeout pizza, unsliced

  2. Various toppings (such as pitted olives, marinated mushrooms and artichokes, sliced salami, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, anchovy fillets, and fresh herbs, including basil, flat-leaf parsley, and oregano)

  1. Heat oven to 400° F.

  2. Using a round cookie or biscuit cutter, cut out as many circles as possible, avoiding the crust. Transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the toppings (except the fresh herbs, if using). Bake until warm, 5 to 10 minutes. Top with any fresh herbs (if using) and serve.
