  1. 1 c. broccoli flowerets

  2. 1 c. carrots, diced

  3. 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion

  4. 2 c. cooked pasta

  5. 3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise

  6. 1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

  7. 1/2 c. lowfat yogurt

  8. 1/2 tsp. dried basil

  9. 8-10 oz. cooked cubed chicken (skinless)

  1. Steam broccoli and carrots until fork tender. Combine cooked pasta with steamed vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and beat. Add to pasta and vegetable mixture. Toss to combine. Chill several hours to marinate flavors.
