  1. 2 Zucchini s (small)

  2. 1 bunch Asparagus

  3. 8 oz Snow pea s

  4. 6 clove s Garlic

  5. 2 oz Olive oil

  6. 2 tbs Balsamic vinegar

  7. 2 tbs lemon juice

  8. 1 tbs Sea salt

  9. 1 tsp Basil

  10. 1 tsp Parseley

  11. 4 oz Parmesan cheese , grated

  1. Heat a pan to medium heat, add 1oz of olive oil. Slices zucchini, chop asparagus into 3 pices per stalk and cut snow peas in half. Dice garlic cloves. Toss vegetables in remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and sea salt. Sprinkle on basil and parseley and add to panand cook for 5 minutes (tossing frequently). Transfer from pan to serving dish and cover with grated parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
