    1. 1 small onion, minced

    2. 8 oz. tomato sauce

    3. 2 cups water

    4. 1/4 cup wine vinegar

    5. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

    6. Salt and pepper to taste

    7. 2 teaspoon paprika

    8. 2 teaspoon chili powder

    9. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    10. 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan over a moderate heat and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Take off the fire and cool.
