  1. Preparation : Procedure: In a large skillet, saut the shrimp in the butter and olive oil for about 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and remove the shrimp to a large warm platter. Add the garlic and parsley to the pan and saut for 2 minutes, add the wine and cook for another minute.
