  3. 2 tb Pre-flaked katsuobushi (dried bonito) Dash of msg

  1. + Directions : Use this sauce for dipping sashimi. Combine the soy sauce, sake, katsuobushi and MSG in a small saucepan and bring to a boil uncovered, stirring constantly. Strain through a fine sieve and allow to cool.
