  3. 1/4 teaspoon grated lime rind

  4. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  5. 1 dash ground red pepper -- optional

  6. 1 1/2 cups peeled cubed mango

  7. --about 2 large

  8. 1/2 cup raspberries

  9. lime rind -- optional

  1. Combine honey, lime rind, lime juice, and, if desired, red pepper in a medium bowl; stir well. Add cubed mango and raspberries, and toss gently to coat. Divide mixture evenly among 4 dessert dishes or stemmed glasses. Garnish with lime rind curls, if desired.

  2. Note: Substitute 2 cups of mixed berries for the mango and raspberries, if desired.
