  1. 24 habanero peppers

  2. 24 scallops, muscles removed

  3. 24 slices bacon

  1. Dragon toes Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas Mark 6. Slice off the tops of the peppers and discard the tops but keep the membranes. Place the scallops inside the peppers.

  2. Starting at one end, roll each pepper in 1 slice of bacon. Skewer the dragon toe through the centre, placing 3 toes per skewer. Roast in the oven for 12 minutes.
