  1. 3 c Dried Pinto Beans

  2. 2 c Cubed Ham

  3. 2 c Water

  4. 22 oz Tomato Juice

  5. 4 c Chicken Stock (3 cans)

  6. 2 c Chopped Onions

  7. 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

  8. 3 tb Chopped Parsley

  9. 1/4 c Chopped Green Pepper

  10. 2 tb Brown Sugar

  11. 1 tb Chile Powder

  12. 1 t MSG

  13. 1 t Salt

  14. 1 t Crushed Bay Leaves,

  15. 4 Whole Cloves,

  16. 1 t Oregano

  17. 1/2 ts Cumin

  18. 1/2 ts Crushed Rosemary

  19. 1/2 ts Celery Seed

  20. 1/2 ts Ground Thyme

  21. 1/2 ts Ground Marjoram

  22. 1/2 ts Sweet Basil

  23. 1/4 ts Curry

  24. 1 c Sherry
