  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal; shake to coat potatoes. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 oF for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden. Yield: 4 servings.
