  1. 1 kg fish(10 cat fish nuggets)

  2. Tandoori powder (available in Indian stores)

  3. 1 lime

  4. 4 tbsps of chickpea flour

  5. canola oil for frying

  1. Marinate the fish in Tandoori powder for 2hours along with lime juice.

  2. Mix chickpea flour with the marinate liquid from the fish. Make a paste.

  3. Dip the cat fish in chickpea flour and deep fry it in the heated canola oil.

  4. Fry till they are golden brown. Serve it hot with ketchup or chutneys.
