    6. 1/2 c Eggless mayonnaise

    7. 1/4 c Distilled white vinegar

    8. 1 lg Onion, chopped

    9. 1 c Chopped celery

    10. Salt to taste

    11. Pepper to taste

    12. Paprika (opt)

    13. Preparation time: 15 minutes.

    15. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Sprinkle with paprika on top, if desired.
