  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Granulated sugar

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Pineapple juice - or orange

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Rum

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon

  8. 6 Bananas

  9. 6 Vanilla ice cream

  1. In large deep skillet, heat sugar with water over medium heat, watching carefully, until sugar melts and starts to turn a caramel color. Gently stir in pineapple juice and butter, bring careful because mixture will bubble up. Add rum, lemon juice and cinnamon; cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
