  1. 2 Lb Round Steak

  2. Salt & Pepper Flour Bacon Drippings

  3. Pound the steak to tender it. Cut into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour.

  4. 30/45 minutes. Put some flour in a jar with some water and shake until mixed well. Add to frying pan and bring to a boil. Stir until gravy thickens. Turn heat low, cover and simmer

  5. 5 minutes.
