  1. Melt butter with diced garlic, salt & pepper. Let butter cool to room temp. Spread over both sides of round steak or flank steak. refrigerate overnight. Sear both sides of steak on bar-b-q. Reduce heat and cook to desired doneness. You shoulden't need a knife to cut it.
