  1. 1 can pinto beans, drained well (8-ounce)

  2. 1 medium tomato, chopped

  3. 1 green onion, sliced (green ends included)

  4. 2 handfuls shredded cheddar cheese Tortilla chips

  1. Preparation : 1. Dump beans into microwave-safe bowl. Top with tomato, onion and cheese. Cover lightly with paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle with crunched-up tortilla chips. NOTE:To freshen stale crackers or chips, lay them between paper towels and microwave on high 30 seconds.
