  2. 1/2 onion -- cut into small

  4. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon chile powder

  6. 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

  8. oil

  9. salt

  10. mustard seeds

  11. curry leaves

  12. 1 zucchini squash-- cut into pieces

  13. 1 green apple -- (granny smith), cut -- into pieces 2 cups yogurt -- whipped well.

  1. Heat oil, fry mustard seeds, then add onion, green chile and stir for a while. Then add curry leaves (optional), and then all the powders and salt. Stir for a few seconds, then add the veg. pieces, and a cup of water. Cover it and cook. When cooked, take it off the stove, and after a while (when cooled down a bit) add the yogurt to it, stir well. And it is ready! Note: (You can use ripe mango instead of squash/apple if you like. Also, you can add coriander leaves if you like.)
