  2. STRAWBERRY PORT PIE

  6. 1/2 cup Port wine -- (good quality)

  7. 3/4 cup Water

  8. 1 lg Strawberry gelatin

  9. 10 ounces Frozen sliced strawberries

  10. 2 teaspoons Lemon juice

  11. 3 ounces Cream cheese

  12. 1 tablespoon Milk

  13. 1 Pie shell -- baked

  14. 9 Whipped cream

  15. Heat Port and water to simmering. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir until

  16. dissolved. Drop in frozen block of strawberries and let thaw, breaking up block

  17. with fork to hasten process; add lemon juice. Chill until mixture begins to

  18. thicken. Meantime, whip cream cheese and milk together with fork; spread evenly

  19. over bottom of pie shell. Pour in partially thickened gelatin mixture; chill

  20. several hours or overnight until firm. Garnish with whipped cream before
