  1. 1 (24-ounce) vanilla-flavored almond bark

  2. 1 (10-ounce) package sweetened flaked coconut

  3. 1 cup chopped nuts

  4. 1 cup sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

  5. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  1. Melt almond bark in a double boiler. Add remaining ingredients. Butter hands and roll in balls or flatten. Roll in chopped nuts if desired.
