  1. 1/2 pound deveined shrimp -- shelled, cooked -- chilled, and cut in --

  2. 2" pieces

  3. 1 tablespoon green onion -- minced

  4. 3 tablespoons diet salad dressing

  5. 3 tablespoons diet french dressing

  6. 1/2 cup almonds -- chopped

  7. 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  8. 2 cups lettuce -- torn up

  9. 1 tomato -- cut in wedges

  10. 1 teaspoon parsley sprigs -- chopped fine
