  7. 2 lb Short ribs

  8. 1 T Bouillon powder

  9. 1/4 c Water

  10. 3 T Olive oil

  11. 3 T Sesame oil

  12. 2 Scallions, diced

  13. Marinate the ribs in the rest of the ingredients for several hours (or overnight) in a covered dish in the refrigerator. Turn at least once

  14. half-way through the marinating time. (I put it in the refrigerator the

  15. night before, then turn the ribs in the morning and put them back in the

  16. 5 minutes each side.

  17. NOTES:

  18. Korean marinated ribs -- Suitable for Passover.

  19. This is traditional for Passover in our house (well, we like Oriental

  20. food, and Passover is somewhat limiting...).
