    5. 1 Egg white

    6. 1/4 c Sugar

    7. 3/4 c Raisins

    8. 3/4 c Chocolate chips

    9. Beat egg white till frothy, add sugar gradually; continue beating till

    10. light. Stir in raisins, peanuts and chocolate chips. Place in mounds on

    11. cookie sheet lined with parchment (or buttered and floured). Bake in

    12. 375F oven

    13. 8 to 10 minutes or till browned. Cool. Makes:
