  1. 12 jumbo shrimp , shelled, tails removed, butterflied

  2. 3 tbsp butter

  3. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  5. pepper

  1. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat letting it get very hot, at least 5 minutes. Add shrimp and butter, then add soy sauce and lemon juice. Fry until cooked, about 2 minutes. Add pepper to taste and serve.
