  2. 2 boneless loins of lamb

  3. 2 tablespoons rosemary vinaigrette

  4. 1 pound mixed greens

  5. 1/2 cup feta cheese

  6. 3 tablespoons kalamata olives -- chopped

  7. cracked black pepper

  8. 8 pieces oven dried tomatoes

  9. 6 new potatoes -- roasted and sliced in half

  1. Season lamb with pepper. Roll in rosemary oil and marinate for 4 hours.

  2. Heat grill.

  3. Remove lamb from marinade and grill to desired degree of doneness.

  4. Set aside in a warm place to rest. In bowl toss greens with cheese, olives and vinaigrette.

  5. Cut lamb into 12 slices.

  6. Top greens with lamb and potatoes.

  7. Serve.
