  3. 2 cups red pepper -- chopped or sliced

  4. 2 s green onions -- sliced

  5. 2 teaspoons curry -- more-less, to taste

  6. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  7. 4 s red apple -- cored-sliced

  8. 1 cup water

  1. Preparation : Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook in preheated oven at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes.
