  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Toasted nuts of your choice OR 1 cup 237ml Small shrimp

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Wheat germ

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried parsley

  5. 2 1/2 cups 592ml Lettuce - shredded

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Mild cheese - diced

  7. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Bean sprouts

  8. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cucumber - diced

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Bacon - crumbled

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix seeds, nuts, wheat germ and parsley. Combine with remaining ingredients in medium salad bowl. Divide into two equal parts and serve with the dressing of your choice.
