  9. 8 oyster mushrooms olive oil for the grill Kosher salt and pepper Hazelnut mixture

  1. Combine the hazelnuts, thyme, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and olive oil in a medium bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. May be refrigerated, covered, for 1 day; serve at room temperature. Preheat gas grill.
