  1. 4 10 oz packs spinach

  2. 1 bar cream cheese

  3. 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts

  4. 2 small cans sliced water chestnuts

  5. 1 stick butter /margarine, softened

  6. freshly grated parmesan cheese

  7. bread crumbs

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. boil (or just thaw) and drain spinach, until almost dry

  3. combine cream cheese, butter, artichoke hearts and water chestnuts

  4. add spinach to mix

  5. add 1/2 the mixture to a greased casserole

  6. sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

  7. add second half of mixture

  8. top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

  9. bake 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top
