  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Low-fat mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon mustard

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped parsley Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  5. 1 Lemon - cut into wedges (large)

  1. Recipe Instructions Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange fillets so they don't overlap. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and pepper and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture evenly over the fillets. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Arrange fillets on a serving platter, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve. This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 ounces with sauce.
