  7. 6 tb Butter

  8. 2 tb Poultry seasoning

  9. 4 md Onions -- chopped

  10. 1/2 bn Celery -- chopped

  11. 1/2 Loaf white bread

  12. - cut into cubes and dried 3 Eggs -- lightly beaten

  13. Salt and peper to taste

  14. Stock to moisten

  21. 4 tbsp of butter. Season with

  22. 1 tbsp poultry

  23. seasoning. Add onions and celery and mix well. Add

  24. the bread cubes, remaining 2 tbsp of butter, and eggs.

  25. Stir until well mixed and season with salt and peper

  26. and at least one additional tbsp of poultry seasoning.

  27. Moisten further with stock, if necessary. Let sit for a few hours before stuffing the bird. Stuffs a 12-15
