  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Italian style dry bread crmb

  2. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Parmesan cheese

  3. 2 Boneless chicken breasts

  4. 1 Eggs - slightly beaten

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Salad oil

  6. 15 1/2 oz 440g Prego

  7. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Mozzarella cheese - shredded

  1. Directions -- combine bread crumbs and cheese. Flatten chicken breasts with flat side of knife to 1/2" thicknes. Dip in egg then in bread crumb mixture. In skillet, brown chicken in oil, drain in absorbent towels. Place in 2 quart shallow baking dish (12x8x2) ; top with sauce, sprinkle with cheese; cover. Bake 400f for 20 minutes or until done.
