  1. 2 cup(s) white rice

  2. 1 pound(s) ground meat (beef or lamb)

  3. 1 handful garlic (minced)

  4. 2 teaspoon(s) cumin

  5. 2 teaspoon(s) salt

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) peper

  7. 1 large cabbage

  8. 2 large lemons or limes

  1. bring water to a boil while you spread the cabbage into separate leaves then drop it for ten minuets then drain wash the rice thoghrouly ,and mix with meat , salt ,peper,cumin and garlic cutthe hard piece out of the cabbage leaves and spread each leaf put some of the rice mixture and roll after bringing the sides in (just like the spring rolls) orgnise the rolls the cooking pan on a meduim heat cook but you should put something heavy on the rolls before adding the cooking water and leave it until cooked to guarantee the rolls won't open 15 minuets before removing from the stove add the squeezed lemons
