  1. 1 Fresh strawberries

  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Fat-free sour cream

  3. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Brown sugar

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Amaretto liqueur

  1. Recipe Instructions Wash and dry strawberries. Cut large berries into halves or quarters, reserving 6 whole strawberries. Combine fat free sour cream, brown sugar and liqueur. Mix fat-free cream sauce with the cut strawberries. Place into colorful bowls or sherbet glasses. Garnish with whole berries. Chill. Serve. This recipe yields 6 servings.
