  2. 8 (8") flour tortillas

  3. 2 red apples, cored and sliced thin

  4. 2 Tbls Dijon mustard

  5. 2 chopped green onions

  6. 2 Tbls butter or margarine

  7. 2 cups Gouda Cheese shredded

  1. Preparation :

  2. Spread approximately 1/2 Tbls of mustard on one of the tortillas Top with apple slices, green onion and 1/2 cup of shredded Gouda cheese.

  3. Put a second tortilla on top.

  4. Do the same with remaining ingredients, stacking the quesadillas on a plate.

  5. Put some butter or margarine in a nonstick frying pan, let butter melt completely and spread it out evenly over the pan.

  6. Put one of the assembled quesadillas in.

  7. Cook for about 23 minutes, or until the bottom is turning brown. Flip carefully and cook on the other side until brown.

  8. Remove from the pan and cut into quarters with a pizza cutting wheel.

  9. Serve warm.
