  1. 2 1/2 lbs powdered sugar

  2. 1 dozen egg s, separated

  3. 3/4 lb (3 cubes) butter ,softened

  4. 2 tsp Brandy Cinnamon & nutmeg to taste

  1. Beat butter and sugar. Beat yolks until lemon colored. Separately beat eggs whites until fluffy and very dry. Fold into the butter, sugar & yolk mixture. Add Brandy. In a large mug fill with ½ batter, 2 shots of [60% rum and 40% brandy]. Balance with boiling hot water. Stir well and sprinkle with nutmeg.
