  7. 2 lb Lamb stew meat

  8. 2 Tomatoes

  9. 1 Summer squash

  10. 1 Zucchini

  11. 1 Potatoes

  12. 1 cn Mushrooms, sliced

  13. 1/2 c Bell peppers, chopped

  14. 1 c Onions, chopped

  15. 2 ts Salt

  16. 1 ea Garlic cloves, crushed

  17. 1/2 ts Thyme leaves

  18. 1 ea Bay leaves

  19. 2 c Stock, chicken

  20. 2 tb Butter

  21. 2 tb Flour

  22. Peel, seed, and chop tomatoes. Slice summer squash and zucchini. Dice potatoes.

  23. Place lamb and vegetables in crockpot. Mix salt, garlic, thyme,

  24. and bay leaf into stock; pour over lamb and vegetables. Cover

  25. 8 hours.
