  2. 1 lb. box Ziti

  3. 3 lbs. Rigotti cheese

  4. 1 bag of shredded mozzerella

  5. 2 C parmesan cheese

  6. 2 cans diced tomato es

  7. salt and pepper

  8. Oregano Mom's way

  9. My Mom added 2 med. sauteed onions if desired and used chedder cheese instead of mozzerella cheese.

  1. Cook Ziti for 5 or 6 minutes. Drain well. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Mix well. In a Spray a 12 x 10 bake dish and add ingredients to dish. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and Oregano on top.

  2. Cover with Aluminum foil and bake about 30 minutes at 350°
