  8. 2/3 cup powdered sugar

  9. 8 ounces pecans -- (chopped)

  10. 8 ounces margarine -- (melted)

  11. 1 tablespoon oil -- (for baking sheets)

  14. 350 degrees. In a large bowl, place flour,

  15. 2/3 cup powdered

  16. sugar, and pecans. Mix thoroughly. Add margarine and mix thoroughly with

  17. 2 large baking sheets. In amounts of

  18. 1-1/2 tablespoons,

  19. mold dough into cocoon or oval shapes by hand. Place cookies on baking

  20. 350 oven for 30 minutes or until bottoms are light brown.

  21. Do not overcook. When cookies are done, cool completely. Pour remaining 2/3

  22. 5 to 6 cookies at a time into the

  23. bag and toss. When cookies are completely covered with sugar, place on

  24. platter and serve.
