  1. 400-600 g 4-6 pcs, trimmed

  4. 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce

  5. 1 1/2 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  6. 1 tsp Chicken Stock

  7. 100 ml Sugar

  8. 2 tbsp Cooking Wine a little

  1. Parboil prawns in oil.

  2. Saute diced ginger and garlic. Add Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Tomato Ketchup. Add in prawns. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and chicken stock. Sprinkle with wine. Add sugar. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Take out prawns and put on a serving plate. Add thickening to the remaining sauce and heat through. Add diced green onion. Pour sauce over prawns.
