    1. 1/2 cup 118ml Sue Bee Honey

    2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

    3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Cornstarch

    4. 1 cup 237ml Water

    5. 1 Salt

    6. 1 Baked 9-inch pie shell

    7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Vanilla

    8. 3 tablespoons 45ml Strawberry gelatin Red food coloring

    9. 1 1/2 Fresh strawberries (3 cups)

    1. Recipe Instructions Combine Sue Bee Honey, sugar, cornstarch, water and salt and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in gelatin, vanilla and a few drops of red food coloring. Cool. Fold in strawberries and pour into baked pie shell. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
