  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 400 gms fish (preferably shark)

  3. 2 potatoes, boiled and peeled

  4. 2 onions, chopped finely

  5. 2 potatoes, chopped finely

  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  8. 1 green chilli, chopped finely

  9. 2 dry red chilli powder, halved

  10. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  11. 1 tbsp urad dal

  12. 2 tbsp grated coconut

  13. 3 tbsp oil

  14. Salt as per taste

  15. few curry leaves

  16. Coriander leaves for garnishing

  17. DIRECTIONS:

  18. Clean and wash the fish

  19. Make small pieces (approx 2)

  20. Boil the fish pieces till cook

  21. Drain the pieces

  22. Smash the potatoes and fish pieces

  23. Mix them well

  24. Add oil in a pan

  25. Add urad dal, when light brown add mustad seeds

  26. When they splutter, add curry leaves

  27. Add onion and fry till transparent

  28. Add green chillie, and red chillies

  29. Simmer for 2 minutes

  30. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder

  31. Add fish-potato mixture

  32. Add salt

  33. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously

  34. Add grated coconut and mix well

  35. Let is cook for another 2-3 minutes

  36. Serve in the dish

  37. Garnish with coriander leaves

  38. Serve hot
