  1. 5 slices Bacon

  2. 5 Chicken Breasts halves

  3. 1 Egg

  4. Italian-Seasoned Bread Crumbs

  5. Flour

  6. Grated Cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)

  7. Cooking Oil

  1. In microwave oven, cook bacon until well done. Pour bacon grease into skillet and warm to medium. Expand with cooking oil in needed.

  2. Dip cleaned chicken breast halves into 1 beaten egg, then dip in a dry mixture of 2/3 Italian-seasoned bread crumbs and 1/3 flour. Sauté chicken in hot bacon drippings for about 7 minutes on each side.

  3. When fully cooked, remove from heat and top with grated cheese. Keep covered until melted. Serve garnished with crumbled bacon.
