  1. 1 Tbsp. oil

  2. 1 Large onion -- diced

  3. 1 green pepper -- diced

  4. 1 1/2 Lb. ground beef

  5. 1 carrot -- diced

  6. 1 Can tomato soup -- undiluted

  7. 1 Tsp. salt

  8. 1 Tsp. garlic salt

  9. 1/4 Tsp. freshly ground pepper

  1. Heat oil and saute onion and green pepper until lightly browned. Add beef and carrot. Saute 1 minute. Add soup and seasonings, simmer about 5 minutes or more to blend and pour over cooked noodles. Great for kids!
