    1. 3/4 cup water

    2. 3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature

    3. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    4. 1 1/8 teaspoons salt

    5. 2 1/2 cups bread flour

    6. 1/2 cup barley flour

    7. 2 tablespoons dry potato flakes

    8. 2 tablespoons white sugar

    9. 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
