  1. Cookie

  2. 1 Devils food cake mix - (18 ounces)

  3. 2 Eggs plus

  4. 2 T water

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  6. Filling

  7. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Bitter cocoa powder

  8. 1 Unflavored gelatin

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Cold water

  10. 1 cup 237ml Crisco

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  12. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Plus 1 cup powdered sugar

  1. Mix cookie ingredients and spread in cookie sheet.

  2. Bake at 350F for about 15 min (check to make sure not burning) you can use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut cookie and then spread with filling that has been mix together.
